Private 1:1 Coaching

Mike will work with you to uncover the barriers that may be holding you back and he'll share with you the effective methodologies and procedures that will help you become the leader that people want to (and will go out of their way to) follow.
SALES DEVELOPMENT
Private 1:1 Coaching
Learn how to shift your mindset by analyzing how you tackle your goals. Mike will help you discover new ways of thinking and operating that will have profound effects on your day-to-day selling skills. You will get first-hand access to Mike and what made him so successful in sales so you can crush your quota and consistently improve your performance.
GROUP COACHING
Teams up to 8 people
One-time seminars rarely deliver any real long-lasting impact. Real impact comes when skills are developed over time which requires frequent and consistent reinforcement. Mike will work with your organization to develop a personalized approach for your group that is based upon your organization's goals. His group coaching provides your team with ongoing coaching for a minimum of six months or up to a full year.

1:1 SALES COACHING
$395 per month (billed annually)
- 55 minute coaching session with Mike each week
- regular reviews of your business and identify areas for improvement
- co-create a tailored action plan to help keep you on-track
During your peak season you may be able move sessions up if needed; pending availability.
(6-month program available at $445 per month)
1:1 LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
$395 per month (billed annually)
- 55 minute coaching session with Mike each week
- review self-assessment of your current skills to identify top areas for improvement
- co-create a tailored action plan to help keep you on-track
If desired; swap a coaching session for a peer-review/input session.
(6-month program available at $495 per month)
GROUP COACHING
$1,895 per month (billed annually)
